identify and articulate "the wonderful unique you"
identify and articulate "the wonderful unique you"
After a successful sales / commercial career, and having gone through the interview stress with my own (now adult) children, I want to support young people to maximise their potential. The simplest way to achieve this is to ensure that the person that you present at interview is the best version of you - confident that you will perform well as you have prepared and practised appropriately
It all starts with listening to your achievements and struggles to identify your competencies and the stories that bring them to life. We develop a number of STAR (situation, task, analysis, result) stories, that can be used to answer the vast majority of competency questions that could be asked of you
We then conduct a practice interview, recorded, and this allows for both immediate feedback and for us then both to review the interview, and make any necessary adjustments. We then conduct a 2nd interview to ensure you are ready!
